Empire was born out of a desire to help homeowners and professional contractors keep their outdoor power equipment working and on the job and not stored away somewhere because a minor repair is keeping it from being used.

After working many years in this field we decided the best way to help people was to start our own company where we had some control as to how the customer was treated.
